At our stand, we introduced our wide range of products from baklava to croissants, pizza to bagels. We not only presented our products, but also shared with our visitors the labor behind each of them, our understanding of quality and our passion for flavor.
Especially our pizza demo show with our Renata Pizza Flour was one of the most striking moments of the fair. The dough was thinly rolled out by skillful hands, met with delicious ingredients, and each slice that came out of the oven left a mark on the palates of our visitors. It was very valuable for us both to show our product quality and to offer flavor in practice.
Our meticulously prepared flour varieties attracted great interest from industry professionals from different geographies throughout the fair. Thanks to our participation, we established new business contacts and introduced Özmen Un to a wider audience. IFE London 2025 was a strong reflection of the decisive steps we have taken in the global market.
