One of the indispensable dishes of Italian cuisine, Lasagna brings the taste of traditional Italy to your table with its layers of fresh pasta sheets, silky béchamel sauce, and generously flavored ragù—delivering comfort and richness in every bite.

Now, let’s discover this delicious Lasagna recipe step by step.

Lasagna Ingredients

For the Lasagna Dough

85 g spinach purée
2 eggs
300 g Özmen Dorata Flour

How to Make Lasagna

Whisk the spinach purée and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Place the flour in a separate mixing bowl and add the spinach mixture. Knead for 6–8 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 20–25 minutes.

Divide the rested dough into 5–6 equal pieces. Lightly flour each piece and roll it out gradually using a pasta machine until thin. Cut the sheets into evenly sized rectangular pieces. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Grease an ovenproof baking dish with butter. Spread a layer of ragù (Bolognese) sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and dot with small pieces of butter. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top.

Repeat this layering process until you have 5 layers in total.

Finish with a final layer of ragù sauce, béchamel sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated 180°C (356°F) oven for about 25 minutes, until the top is golden and lightly crisp.

Remove from the oven and let the lasagna rest briefly before slicing and serving.

Enjoy.
