One of the unique recipes that brings together different tastes of Anatolia. A timeless recipe where sweet and salty, cheese is used in pastry. Curd cookies, traditionally made during festivals in Anatolia, are now a favorite of patisseries with a modern interpretation.

  • All dry ingredients except baking soda and baking soda are combined in a hollow bowl.
